All products are handmade by our Priestess Mambo Royalty Laveaux. Certain products must be made upon order to fit the clients needs and or situation. These items must be carefully handmade by our Mambo, and enchanted before they can be shipped out to you. We ask that you give us at least 14 days to process your order. Shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready. This process is not required for all orders, however in serious matters of hex breaking, healing, removal of negative spirit, energies, or forces etc it is required.

This is to ensure that you have added all the correct items, you seek, as well as to be sure that we have the correct information to ship your packages, and to contact you once your order has been shipped.

Therefore if you are sharing or giving this item(s) and or product(s) to someone else, you are doing so at your own discretion. At THE BRUJAS LAIR we take energy transference very seriously, and therefore for this reason, unfortunately we do not accept returns, or exchanges of any kind. This is to protect our energy as well as the energy of the customer. If you wish to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours of ordering. If you do not cancel the order within 24 hours the order will still be shipped to you, as the order will NOT be available for refund.

NO REFUNDS are issued on services given. As All Sales Are Final. This means if you have purchased a reading and received that service there is NO REFUND. If you want to change the date or time of you reading that can be arranged.
If you have started spellwork with us NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN AS SERVICE HAS ALREADY STARTED. All spellwork/spellwurk services are to be paid in full by the client. If the work/wurk is not paid in full. THE BRUJAS LAIR reserves the right to take legal action, and or cancel the services contract. As you are entering a contract with THE BRUJAS LAIR once you are to have us do spellwork/spellwurk on your behalf.
